Hotel is very nice and is serving a wonderful breakfast. But the star of the show was Malia who worked the evening shift on Halloween. She excelled in great customer service by providing us hot chocolate and snacks while we visited our family by the fireplace! She exceeded all expectations and made the difference in this stay. Thank you for having such great people that made me and my wife very happy.
Maddy, she is the best. She went out of way to make sure the TV worked and we were happy with our stay. Thank you Maddy!
Aside from the fact that last night front desk girl called the cops on me and my husband because she couldn't figure out our reservation and we were detained for an hour and searched and questioned for no reason other than that employee was being spiteful..I more than n likely never stay there again.
No fridge or microwave available. Pool was cloudy and ice cold. Hot tub was down for repairs. I'll go back to Motel 6,
Pay less and get the same quality.
Perfect stay. Standard awesome rooms, had a good swim in the pool, ate hot breakfast, and had a clean, relaxing time. I have absolutely nothing significantly negative to say about this Hampton, other than they should have recycling bins. I got a great price too, so totally worth it. Strongly recommended.
