DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST! I went here because I came into contact with someone that tested positive. As a precaution I also went to be tested so that I could see family. The girl at the window obviously had no clue what she was doing. We were never given the paperwork that we’re supposed to receive when you complete the test to view your results. I called and got the number from someone I spoke with on the phone who said oh I’m sorry you didn’t receive paperwork, you were supposed to here’s your number. I thanked him and went on the website. When I logged on it said, “missing label on specimen tube. No results available due to sample cancellation”. I called again and they had no response other then there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Someone did not do their part and needs to be held accountable especially with times like this! They were kind enough to inform me they are charging my insurance company despite having no results. I should come in again to be retested, but that will cost my insurance again as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

At the photocenter they said they still develop 35mm film, I gave it a shot dropped it off, a month later I was told they can't track where the roll of film is, it got lost. Those moments are gone and they seemed like they could care less, do not recommend.

Rude, Condescending Pharmacy Staff: I don't know where the pharmacy staff got their pretentious attitudes from, or who told them they were special. They're pharmacists, that's a bachelor's degree, right? that's it? they talk down to customers, that is after not acknowledging you while as you stand at the counter, for at least ten minutes. Forget asking questions about medications and refills, they don't have answers. They'll ignore the question. Just rude, nasty, and unable to answer simple questions. The one lady that speaks Arabic is polite and decent. but the young, fake blonde, she's the worst.
