Fit Werx - NYC/New Jersey

First and really wonderful experience. I didn't know what to expect and I was not a fan of paying the cost of fitting. However, the service I received made me truly understand why fitting is critical to take your cycling to the next level. In addition, Fit Werx, Joeud83dude01ud83dudc4f explained everything well and did everything I asked for with patience. I felt valued.

So this review took a while but is well deserved. I went in for my bike fit in early March with Joe who came across as someone who is extremely knowledgeable but at the same time very friendly and down to earth - a rare combination these days at bike shops. We went over a lot of Q&A even before we began doing the physical adjustments. Long story short, and after a few adjustments to my saddle and a new bar and stem, I have shred all my previous PRs and have never felt more comfortable on the bike. Joe and Brad are simply the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to advance their comfort and performance to the next level. Out of all my bike related upgrades, a bike fit session with Joe at Fit Werx was the probably the best investment I made.

The only place where I got real help to detach auto bike rack with broken lock. Other bicycle shops and auto service refused to do anything and directed to manufacturer. That what means when professional don't afraid challanges! So grateful!

I was at Fit Werx a couple of weeks ago for a bike fit with Joe. I was very impressed with their passion for cycling, knowledge and level of detail. Joe spent considerable time getting things 100% right and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this place!

This shop is an example that local businesses should follow to compete with the evil of online retailers. Great customer service, attention to details, friendly and high level of experience.nI chose this place despite the fact I had to drive little further and It was totally worth it.
