We were very happy with the service and work done on our home by Granite State Home Improvements, from start to finish. Peggy was thorough with assessment of our roof issues, and was responsive anytime we emailed or called. The team was awesome and had obviously done this many times before. Right on time, and made quick work of replacing the front side of our roof, which was older than our addition. The team took the time to go over the area more than once to check for debris. Peggy came back the to check in and to also go over the area one more time for debris that may have been missed, though there wasn't any. We would definitely use Granite State Home Improvements again. I was happy to hand this home repair job off to the pros! Garrett Bates
Loved everything that had to do with my experience with GSHI. I needed the deck boards on my 80’ dock replaced. GSHI immediately jumped in to action. They helped me select with best materials and were there through the entire installation process. I will use them again for other renovation projects at my home. They are professionals in every way. It was like working with an old friend. I recommend them without reservations.
side door Poor service ,Long wait times ,Slow response times ,took several months to fix what could have been done in a lot less time if they new what they were doing its all on them paid them and i will finish the sloppy work cause im way over frustrated with the whole thing and very distrespectfull when people are in my home ,Thats bad CS and not called for dont blame authers for your mistakes !
This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I hired them in good faith in January and paid good money for work that wasn’t done correctly or completely. There were repeated cancellations, delays and excuses. The job was started but still wasn’t completed by June, the work done was sloppy and many mistakes were made. I let them know I could no longer deal with the way they did business and hired a reliable contractor to finish it. Check them out on BBB where there are other complaints as well.
GSHI replaced the siding and my front door at my house, and I could not have asked for anything better! Professional, affordable, on time and on schedule, which are very important to me. I would recommend them 100%
