Courteous and professional during an easy checkin. Full disclosure upon arrival concerning Covid19, hotel policy and management thereof. Rooms were spacious, yet cozy, warm and inviting. Very clean, oh so comfortable beds. Breakfast was hot, ready and delicious. Location optimal for local shopping or travel to nearby towns for recreation or business.
Other than being disappointed that the pool is closed, we had an awesome stay. I have always had great experiences with Hampton inn and this was no exception. The desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have adapted well with covid restrictions and the breakfast set up is great with individually wrapped options including hot sandwiches. Everything is very clean and comfortable (except the pillows are a bit too squishy)
Their TV programming did not have the regular NBC that would have been showing the playoff NFL football game. Instead it showed family feud. You should upgrade for better selections and programming.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Good coffee. I'll never understand though why there aren't night lights or more towel bars or hooks. Also, why do they place the faucet so far from the sink? I am constantly hitting my knuckles on the sink. Why are there never bath fans? Love the shower curtains.
If you’re in the area for Sig Sauer academy, there’s no better place to stay. Location is less than 15 min drive and has some fast food and a Starbucks drive through on the way. If you book through Sig’s link they also conveniently usually have you in a room on the first floor with rear entrance access so you can roll out gear easier.
