It was a pretty good hotel. Pretty much the usual services and everything, but what I was really happy about was the water pressure! Many hotels have minimal water pressure in the showers but here the pressure was great!
Really great place to stay. Super friendly staff. Amanda at the front desk is amazing and super helpful. Stayed in the King 1 bedroom suite with whirlpool bath for two. It was very relaxing. This was our second stay and we will always come back here whenever in the area.
Love the staff here. Rooms are comfortable too. For what you get, it's probably the best deal in Concord.
I booked a wedding block this past weekend. My husband and I booked a suite. When we got to our room I was surprised it was right above the pool and at top of stairs since it's only 1 of 2 suites they have. But that wasn't the issue. My bathroom smelled like dirty private parts, My carpets were not vacuumed, there was dirt all over the couch, white sticky chunks on my night stand, and the smell of chlorine from the pool was what we went to sleep with at night. However the lovely lady working friday night came in and personally cleaned things with me.nWith covid you would think this wouldn't happen.
The staff is courteous and hospital!! I will recommend this place to anyone visiting.
