Men in the office are rude and disrespectful towards customers trying to fix or change things involving their addresses tossing keys at people instead of simply handing them and being rude when I’m also trying to get a new key for my mailbox with my gf because we have a home together and they tell me i can’t be at the same window also has the audacity to tell and be VERY disrespectful to my gf to the point of making her cry. You have the worst customer service at this post office and i promise to report the 2 men who worked there today 11/23/2020 at 10 am.

I am guessing that the reason such a good post office gets bad reviews is because the only reason someone would take the time to write a review would be to address a grievance. The overall rating would be much different if the majority of satisfied customers spent the same amount of time writing about their positive experiences. One reason they don’t is because we have grown to expect a dependable service to the point that it seems mundane. What I do know is that most people have no idea how hard these people are working. No matter what gets thrown at them, no matter how short-handed they are, no matter what kind of sweeping changes are thrown their way- the mail gets delivered. That makes the old “rain, sleet, or snow” motto kind of an understatement.

I recently sent a birthday card to my daughter in Las Cruces. Apparently the card and enclosure was more than one ounce. so it was undeliverable and required 15 cents postage due. My daughter could not get to the post office to pick it up and pay the postage due. I called the post office and explained the situation. The polite young man that took my call promised to find the card and see what he could do. The next day the card was delivered. This was truly an individual act of kindness. Hats to all of you postal carriers, especially the man that had that card delivered.

I am thankful that we have a post office that opens on time n does their best to get everyone seem in a timely manner. The lady and the man who works there everytime I go are great 👍 I'm so sorry many ppl had a bad experience but I really didn't.

I recently moved to the area and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever had. In the limited time I’ve lived here they have misplaced THREE of my packages. The first time my package was lost I called and they blamed it on mail man getting confused. The second time my package was lost they recommended that I go door to door to undo their mistake. I’ve gotten my neighbors mail multiple times as well. The mail man is obviously blind or can’t read, either way he needs to get fired. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
