I was looking for a Domane AL2 bicycle, all bike shops in my area told me it was about a 6 month wait. I went to the Trek website and i found that Goodale's Bike Shop in Concord NH had some in stock. I called them first thing in the morning and sure thing they had 2 ready to go. I explained to Anthony that i lived about an hour and half away and asked if it was possible to place the bike on hold for me. He placed it on hold and we were on our way. Upon arrival Anthony welcomed us and went on to provide an excellent and fast service as he knew i had a bit of a drive back home. He went over the bike with me, made sure the bike was set up perfectly and that it was safe.nnI highly recommend Goodale's Bike Shop in Concord NH for all bike needs.nnThank you Anthony!

The service was excellent! They had the hard to find bike that I was looking for; it just needed to be built. They did that and it was ready for me the next day. All our questions were answered and I’m pleased with our experience!

Very nice and easy to work with staff. I know this is not the best time to buy a specific bike due to inventory shortages..... but, they quickly found the exact bike I wanted! They were quick to get it into the store and assemble it for me!

Jake was great, really helped me understand what I needed. Wasn't sure what I was getting into and didn't know what to expect as a new rider but Jake made everything easy to understand and made the experience wonderful. The service department, Zach, Cory, and Dustin, was wonderful too and the whole team treated me like an old friend not just a customer.nWould recommend to anyone needing service or products.
