Brought my older Trek 4300 bike in for a badly needed tune up. They did a quick test of the gears, brakes, etc. before I left to give a good estimate of what needed to be done and estimated cost so nothing would be shocking upon pickup. Replaced the chain, put all the gears, shifters in the parts washer and tuned it back to like new performance! Looks and works like new! Staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions! They did a great job at a good price.

Fabulous service. They helped us pick out new bikes for our kids and they were great. One needed assembly and they turned it out fast. I am so grateful. Second was selection. Trek bikes at a fraction of the cost of other places. Love this place!

I bought a Trek Marlin 7 mountain bike from Gateway. When I picked up the Marlin I dropped off a Trek 1000 for an annual tune-up.. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think the repair service is phenomenal and the price for it is good. I am happy with my mountain bike and with the service that was performed on the Trek 1000.

Every single time I’ve come here, everyone has been ridiculously nice and helpful — seriously, the people who work here are just fun to be around in general! And they’re always very receptive to any questions. I had a coupon from 4 or 5 years ago, and they redeemed it no-questions-asked. Also, I really appreciate how everyone there took masks seriously, especially since I’m higher-risk. Thank you, awesome people at Gateway!

Easy to socially distance. Billy was quick and efficient. Very affordable! Get over to see them before the biking season really ramps up.
