Your store lost a decent sized sale today... probably multiple. I’m not sure if your management has read the executive orders by Walz yet, or have even looked at CDC guidelines but you are allowed to open your store to the public. Instead your employees were letting 1 person in at a time, and then even if that person was gonna take a few minutes they weren’t even checking to see if people wanted to browse or anything like that. After 30 minutes of standing outside I watched your employee let a person in to browse, then couple in for a pickup, and then start to fit their bike for them... fine and dandy, but then he opens the door to let someone in for a service drop off and tells me it’s gonna be a while. I will bring my business elsewhere, and I highly suggest allowing people into your store...

Great mechanic! Installed dropper post and also let me know that my headset that was previously installed was done incorrectly. All staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer at the Vadnais Hts. store for 10 years. Dennis and James have an absolute passion to please every customer that walks into the store no matter what the question or purchase. They work with every customer to help find the correct type of bike for each individual regardless of riding experience or age and make sure the bike is adjusted properly for comfortable riding and safety. The follow-up is outstanding with any repair service or warranty work. The customer service at this store is incredible. Shop there and ask for Dennis or James. You won’t be disappointed !
