Found blood on a pillow that was supposedly clean, poor front desk service. Next day my key wouldn’t work, tv stopped working and they didn’t know how to fix it. My dog has severe allergies and got an infection in his eye from staying in the hotel, his eyes were perfectly fine before we stayed there.
I enjoyed my stay. We came up to visit family, my first room was not up to my pare and without hesitation the gentlemen moved us to a room that fit my standards (without any issues) perfect customer service. He offered my whole family of 8 (visiting) eat in the breakfast area so we were able to be comfortable eating dinner together and enjoy our time. The whole staff is very friendly an made the stay the best possible. We will be back
Upon our arrival we checked in but had to wait for like 25 mins tell the front desk staff came down stairs.. the hotel smelt like moth balls.. getting into our room we found a pillow with a blood stain on it then our tv stopped working and key stopped working.
It was clean and pet friendly; however, the heat in our room did not work. It was below freezing and my sister and I did not hardly sleep at all.
There was no one behind the desk, and I ended up calling the hotel after waiting for a while. The guy couldn't find my reservation, and I ended up with a room I didn't originally book. The bed was very hard, and I could feel the springs. The people above me were awake all night, walking around the room...in/out of the room multiple times while I'm trying to sleep. My room smelled like cigarettes. Overpriced for the quality.
