The staff is not following the Minnesota mask-mandate. None of the staff were wearing masks, setting a horrible example for customers. As a result of the staff's lack of preoccupation with COVID-19 spread, my family and I felt unsafe at this hotel. It was too late for us to book a stay at another hotel but I would not recommend staying here as long as there is a pandemic.
Cool reception when arriving. No WIFI password... leaves me OPEN to problems.nWater flow in the shower was a strong dribble.nKind of clean.nNo breakfast or hot coffee.nNot impressed.nud83dude44

Pool needs paint. But it was nice to swim without anyone else like under moonlight ... bathroom had ceiling coming apart. Other than that the beds were comfortable and I'd still go there again
if you may know all about the americinn by wyndham in park rapids , minnesota about why their pool & hot tub is in bad shape & not working , please don`t condem or avoid the excelient great wonderful service that the people that work at the front desk can really provide , the good news is you still have great hotel & great hotel rooms to staynin & a great morning breakfast buffet for free , & its still a very nice looking hotel , please be patient while their trying to fix the pool & hot tub , in the meantime enjoy your stay at the americinn hotel , amen
