Awesome facility with even more awesome staff! Love the atrium design. Awesome pool and fantastic exercise room. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed in at the Sheraton the general manager was very rude to me . We checked into our room on 4/9 we woke up the next morning on 4/10 we renewed our room at 11am . And got ready for our day at 12:30 housekeeping comes by and and asks if we are checking out I told them we renewed the room 10 Mins later the general manager came and told us they didn’t see the reservation I reassured him that I did indeed renew the reservation and he then stated that we could not stay even though I had paid . And told me I was not welcome back two nights prior to this I stayed there as well . I was so disappointed by how I was treated . On our way out the hotel manager then told us he finally found our reservation and thst we could stay but after being kicked out who would want to stay . He cursed at us and was very rude telling us he’d call the police because My husband simply asked him why he was kicking us out even with a paid reservation. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. I don’t want to believe it was racially motivated but I’m a black woman and my husband is asain .

At the time had a bad experience moving so I had to get a room for the night. I was able to get a room same day at a great price!, the check in was smooth and quick, they allowed pets and I had two cats with me at the time. The lobby is MASSIVE and looks pretty nice. The room was mint condition and everything worked and tidy. The restaurant was the only thing for us at the time just because of how things were going in our lives and there was one staff member, which is fine I guess, it as a slow night. Thanks for everything!

My stay was lovely, and Yolanda at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I'd go back to MN in a heartbeat just to see her!nnUnfortunately after my 2-night stay which was prepaid by my partner as a Christmas gift, I found a charge of $260 on my credit card. I called the billing department multiple times to sort it out, even offered to forward payment confirmation and left voice messages, but never received a response. Disappointing to see that kind of behavior, especially from Sheraton.nnDouble check your credit card bill, folks!
