Elegant, beautiful hotel skillfully and competently managed. Wonderful staff. Great for a stay around the holidays, the hotel is decorated beautifully.
We had a comfortable room with a king size bed, a sofa bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, a television, wifi, a sink, a reasonably spacious bathroom, a desk, a coset. The lady who checked us in was very kind. The hotel looks clean. It has a pool and gym (which cannot be used due to Covid-19 restrictions). Employees following the protocols suggested by the Department of Health related to the Covid-19 virus.
Nice size, clean suites, grab n go breakfast and good in-room coffee during the pandemic. Close to many amenities. Will stay again when visiting relatives in west Minneapolis
This was an ok place. It was clean, but it needed a lot of work. Lot's of lights out outside the building. Even the main sign on top of the building had lights out. The room we had was mostly clean. Bed was ok, but not enough blankets. Several fixtures on the building were peeling paint. The pool and hot tub were closed, and no breakfast due to Covid-19.
very nice hotel. it was clean and not busy, which we liked. rooms are a little small, but that is pretty typical for springhill suites by marriott, so nothing new. during covid, housekeeping is only available if you request it. we were fine that they didn’t come in everyday, if you don’t like that, just something to remember. area seemed pretty quiet, though we didn’t really explore it too much.
