My status as a bonvoy titanium member has probably afforded me a reprieve in spite of this locations current policies. No matter how ridiculous some companies policies can be, they are in fact that businesses choice. They have discretion (obviously excluding human rights violations). That being said, we appreciate being the exception, & (for what it's worth), I gladly endorse the staff here & at the spring hill next to here.
Nice and clean. Thin walls, 4am wakeup for the loudmouths next door was my wakeup.
Nice to have a full kitchen. Very pet friendly.
Breakfast is lacking. But that has more to do with COVID than staff and no pool for the same reason. Not huge rooms but not terribly small. Very squeaky baggage holder. Pretty quiet rooms meaning carry over noise was minimal. Very comfortable beds! And the pillows are great! Smart TVs is a nice touch in bedrooms and living room. Kitchenette was clean and easy to navigate. Overall a pleasant experience.
