We have had a great experience with Integrity from start to finish. Caleb provided excellent information and direction through the process. We really appreciate the prompt call backs. On site Corbin continued to provide great customer service by patiently answering all of our questions and running the job on schedule. The crew under German's direction showed up promptly and early and worked hard for 2 days. They took care of our lawn and shrubs and made sure every bit of debris was picked up. Everyone was polite and easy to work with. We also appreciate the great long term warranties on their work and products. Our roof looks great and the quality of materials used is superb.nnMy only reservation is the appearance of the metal work around the chimney and the back of the house. However, if it functions well and keeps water out of the house, we will be well served and pleased . We recommend Integrity to anyone looking for a new roof.
This is a top quality company! Nash and Corbin were great to work with. I didn’t have to worry about anything, communication was exceptional, and they treated me like family. The clean up was impressive and thorough. Even when I had to make a decision for an unforeseen problem the team was willing to make it as stress free as possible and immediately had a solution. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company.
I'm very pleased with how professional they ( Caleb, Corbin, and Michael) were from the beginning to the end of the project. They were there the date and time that was promised. They got right to work, with no standing around. All the guys were very professional and respectful. Very pleased with the outcome of the roof replaced. If I every had to replace another roof I will most definitely be calling them. If you're in need of a roof replacement, I highly recommend you give them a call. Matt Haney was excellent to work with and Very Very thorough. Completely explained the entire process and worked with our insurance company. He inspected on the roof and in the attic. Once they arrived the crew chief was continuously inspecting the work and keeping me updated. The crew itself was very good at what they do. We were very pleased. Once complete they had everything cleaned up and back to normal. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing.
We are so glad we chose Integrity to replace our roof. It looks amazing!! We were so impressed with Matt Haney’s professionalism, honesty and just plain helpful kindness during the entire process. There were no questions too big or too small for him to answer. He also dealt very well with our insurance company. We were also very impressed by the work crew. Not only was their work ethic superb, it was obvious they had great respect for each other. They also cleaned up every trace of their work when the job was finished, not even a speck was left behind. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof or exterior work done.
