Freewheel Bike Minnetonka

Stopped in last weekend to look at Trek bikes. Started working with Danny but finished with Will. Both guys did a wonderful job helping my wife and I select new bikes that best fit our needs. I run a car dealership and understand the importance of offering good customer care. Freewheel Bike of Minnetonka has a new customer. We also dropped our old bikes off for tune ups and are very pleased with the fast estimates from their service department.

Very helpful, not pushy. Wonder sense of humor and customer service. Always willing to explain and discuss options knowing what I want and how I might take awhile to purchase because I need to save up. Your employees make wonderful suggestions to improve my bike's performance as well as for quality and comfort. They also let me know about other bike routes and events I might be interested in. This is the best bike shop I’ve been to in the twin cities! The staff is super helpful and engaging in a fun and professional way. Their support since COVID 19 has been awesome! I love showing up to a short line and a cooler full of fresh, cold water as I wait my turn to enter their store. They were especially helpful and empathetic to me after my bike light was stolen. They helped me find an affordable replacement and gave insight into the scope of bike related theft over the summer. All of their accessory recommendations have proved positive. Their technicians are fast and reliable with any service I’ve needed. Thanks, Freewheel! Keep up the great work!

Update: I brought my other bike in and Cooper helped take care of me and even taught me some maintenance things I didn’t know about.nI got a flat while pulling my toddler in a burley. Not only was Danny able to take care of me ASAP he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m lucky that this experience was wonderful instead of the nightmare it could have been. Thanks Danny!!!

Good service. Decent selection of tools and small parts. Other product lines are not of interest to me, but my recent shop experiences have been 1st rate.
