Very nice hotel clean and quiet. I got the upgraded king room with balcony and was more than impressed with the room, the private balcony was huge! Balconies in general are hard to come by in minnesota. It was a nice surprise.
Excellent stay in a comfortable, well designed, straightforward hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Someone was present at the front desk 24hours. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was not too far from the city center but far enough that there were no sketchy people hanging around outside like in downtown Minneapolis. Very nice, I will return.nMy only complaint is that the food in the restaurant attached was absolutely horrendous.
I have had the best weekend here at this Marriott location I am a Marriott employee and have traveled to many other locations but let me start by saying this property made me feel so welcomed from checking in and checking out I am visiting from Chicago and came here for my uncle funeral everyone has been hands on and very helpful I was also presented with a meeting room to accommodate my family so we can be together and eat and enjoy each other while I was visiting I want to give unlimited stars to Chelsea she definitely went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate her for that this hotel was excellent overall
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Beds were super comfortable. Old building is refurbished it lacks modern touch.
First off it’s 9:20 at night and people are yelling and screaming in the lobby! I’m on the 4th floor and can hear everything. I called the ground desk and seem like they didn’t do anything about it. I don’t want to have the fan all night just to drown out the noise! I have both my kids with me, and my 15 month old woke up twice, with all the noise! Plus the people across from me are really loud! My wedding is tomarrow and I’m trying to get a good night sleep! Looks like it’s not going to happen! Never coming back here!
