Clean room. Nice staff .Get what you pay for,not a luxury hotel by any means,but decent enough. *Note* Make sure to schedule a pool time ahead of booking your stay if planning on utilizing pool/hot tub .We weren’t told this prior to booking our stay and almost unable to use the pool,which was our main reason for staying the night.Staff was very accommodating and able to fit us in however.I realize this is a COVID issue,and not a hotel issue per say. Thanks to Tina for helping us out!
Amazing stay! Room fully equipped and great staff! Free access to swimming pool. Would highly recommend.
Good first: clerks very friendly and responsive to issues. The not so good...room smelled of smoke when heater was blowing. Also our room was on highway side so though we are used to some traffic noise it was pretty loud. We asked in the morning to be moved and were promptly obliged. A bit vague if she was going to chg us more for upgrade but I objected and she assured me no charge. There was also an issue with entry door latch and cleanliness issue but not major...just odd. Good over all but a bit surprised for a Raddison I thought..
Amazing hotel with all the comfort of home. Great location, very helpful staff, modern facility and good price for money.
I wish I could give this more stars because the staff was great. However, when we checked into one of our rooms there was hair on both beds. We requested new sheets and comforter. The night staff literally went to several other rooms and couldn’t find any additional clean sheets. The staff placed us in another room which was much better. The hotel doesn’t have daily cleaning services which was concerning to me. I completely understand not cleaning rooms during the customers stay. But the hotel also didn’t have any hand sanitizer at the front desk, the gym didn’t have any sanitizer either. If you stay here bring your own cleaning supplies.
