A very unpleasant one night stay. The TV in the room did not work. The hot tub was closed. Half of the staff weren’t wearing masks at all. We were not allowed to sit out in the bistro area and have our own drinks & food while many others were doing the same. We were the only ones told we had to order from the bar or leave. Spend your money at one of the many other hotels in Maple Grove.

Great place to lounge. Inside the hotel has restaurants, dining room and swimming pool. The hotel also have a balcony on the first floor with a fire pit that has tables around it. The hotel also have a jacuzzi out on the balcony. Some of the rooms also have balconies that you can look out from and see the beautiful scenery. There are a lot of shopping stores with in that same area. Customer service representatives are also wonderful people. Its a great place. I would definitely love to recline at that hotel again.

Last night I abruptly needed to stay in town on November 4, 2020. I called around 7:00pm and a nice person named Christian answered the phone. We talked about what I was looking for and we explained expenses. Within 5 minutes the room was booked. Christian answered my questions, and we said our goodbyes. By 8:00pm I was in the parking lot and I was checking in. The front of house attendant (I cant remember her name) was also the bar tender which was nice. She had to go back and forth between making drinks and conversation and checking people in, which I can imagine was frustration for her, but maybe not. Overall, I was incredibly pleased. I was informed of breakfast arrangements and where the pool and fitness center were located. My room was lovely and refreshing, the bathroom was clean and well stocked.

Most of the staff was great. Except for the night guy Jay. He was on a power trip. The other night guy Tyler, I think is his name, deserves a raise. Overall, a good experience though.
