We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of the service and attention to details remains. The staff is Amazing the rooms has been comfortable and immaculate. So I would like to Give thanks to the staff and an amazing employee Shirley Reed ..
To my surprise It was very quiet and clean.. The staff and security was very helpful and attentive to making sure it was safe. I would definitely recommend staying at this particular Motel6 again and again and the price was reasonable!!! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Upon arrival the entrance was very very dirty. The front desk lady was more interested in the male behind me to even have a conversation with me. I did not receive a receipt of my payment when I paid and checked in nor when I checked out. When we got to our room it smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. There was no soap nor shampoo for us. We had 2 and I mean 2 towels for us to share. The bed was made with 1 top sheet not a fitted sheet. The head board was not attached to the bed however it was screwed to the wall. There were black bugs all over the ceiling and some on the floor. I was allowed my service pet with us so that was a plus.
Without doubt on of my favorite hotel I stayed doing my stay in Brooklyn center Mn upon arrival we where warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly I give 5 stars to an employee by the name of Ms. Shirley Reed and the Hospitality on the Staff..
Not only did we get a good great price but I was pleasantly surprised to find out I could wash my laundry on site and they even had the side loading washers and dryers. Unfortunately I tried twice to get soap and lost my money both X and found out they didn't have any at all behind the service desk where they also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner because you had to buy them out of the vending machine! What's next? Will we have to bring our own towels pretty soon too?
