The workers at this hotel were really great. Friendly, quick to help, and professional. We appreciated them.nHowever we had the king bed suite with bedroom and fireplace and though it was okay, it simply was that : okay. The mattress was INCREDIBLY hard. Not comfortable at all. We’ve never been to a hotel with a mattress so hard before and I even like a firmer mattress. The linens on the bed were extremely scratchy as well. The dishes in the “ full” kitchen were very dirty , full of crusty bits, and smudges of “things”, and the kitchen was lacking in cookware for being “ fully stocked”. Not one baking sheet or pan. The black out shades were like big torn tarps that wouldn’t stay up properly and let in SOOOO much light all around the edges as there was no blocking buffer in place and the curtains were gauze. The sofa as so worn that you can only sit in the middle as the outside armrest seats on both sides were hard and uneven due to the pull out sofa underneath poking through .And the fireplace tv combo?! What a joke. We could only run the tv OR the fireplace otherwise the fireplace overheated the tv and it wouldn’t operate. The repair guy who came to our room confirmed that was a problem . We felt ripped off to be honest. We have discussed we’d never use this hotel again. And would only recommend it to someone needing to be by that hospital nearby

Very cleanly and great staff! I rented a suite for my daughter's birthday and we were quite satisfied with our experience. I will be coming back!

I had a kitchen, living room area, and sleeping area, for under $100 a night. Seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was clean and modern.
