Nice place for senior living
Air conditioners from 1970's, pool closed on the weekends, don't shovel snow in the rear entrance...
Dixie was very accommodating during the application process. She was able to answer all of my questions and was prompt at returning my calls. I appreciate the extra mile Dixie went in preparing my apartment for move in. Her friendly demeanor and cheery attitude has made this the easiest move I have ever made!nnNJ
I moved into Highcroft in March. I moved here because of Dixie and unfortunately, she fell and broke her hip right before I moved in. Although I love my apartment very much, I am disappointed with the tenants that disregard the no smoking rule and the management who is not enforcing it. I do know that if Dixie were here this would not be an issue. Everything else about Highcroft is wonderful. Great maintenance, Mike is great! You can't beat the location. My 1 star away from the 5 is the smoking. With my allergies I am not happy.
