Thanks for a very well done siding and gutter job at my place off Birch Street in Woodhaven. They did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE.nnWe paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. When November came, I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

I would not recommend this outfit for anything related to home improvement.nRoofing is supposed to be their specialty, but after 2 years, I’ve experienced three leaks.nMy basic requirement when getting a new roof is NO LEAKY ROOF.nAnd, like many others reviewing this outfit, I have 8-10 unanswered calls, and no returned calls. It would be a good business practice to stand by your work. These guys obviously don’t.nDon’t get a quote from New Beginnings, unless you’re looking for a bad experience...and a leaky roof.

Very fair price on my roofing job. Excellent work by a crew that showed up on time (actually a little early), worked together as a team, and left the job site spotless. I would definitely recommend this company and would rehire them.

New roofing was done so well that had New Beginnings do gutters & windows. Roof was done on time as stated & property cleaned up. All work by this business was FIRST CLASS.
