We were provided a clear, and informative summary sheet of the roofing options, and also were sent high-quality pictures of the roof areas that needed attention/repairs. The Stormguard team was absolutely outstanding and completely outdid themselves! Not only was I able to get a roof for the price of my deductible but they did all the work before, during and after and was there every step of the way! Their product is far superior than what I have seen and they have lots of choices to choose from. The best part is I didn’t have to do anything and worked around my schedule. The installation happened in only 5 hours and it was installed 1000 times better than I thought. My experience prior to a different roofing company that was supposed to put gutters on my house and never came back or answer my calls along with the subpar installation. Stormguard went out of their way to even removing a chimney that didn’t work anymore for my house. On the day of the installation I was able to see from my office online what was going on every step with up to date progress photos to ensure the craftsmanship of their work. They even came back multiple times afterwards to ensure everything was cleaned up! It is hard to trust companies that do house repairs and they went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were happy. I even got cookies and a thank you letter ensuring that I was satisfied. Brian Yokley is a hands-on owner, even doing follow-up work himself to ensure we were 110% satisfied with the job. He and his associate sales manager, Yann Cazavet, were onsite during our roof installation and they both came back the next day to make sure we were happy with even the smallest detail. Yann communicated with us regularly throughout the project, so there were no surprises. The team’s honesty and professionalism is exceptional, and we have already recommended Storm Guard to our son for replacing the roof on his house.
