OMGOSH the nicest people ever! So helpful! Way better than the cvs on 9 mile! I am so very happy that I transferred my scripts from the 9 mile store to the cvs on Harper

Just had the worst experience with the clerk. She was rude and insisted that I was being fraudulent by loading money onto a Greendot card the wrong way. She called the manager and she kept accusing me of being fraudulent as well. She seen me come to tears trying to explain that I just needed to load my card. They did not care about my distress and continued to speak to me rudely until i just cried and left and didnt complete my last transaction. That was the worst display of a dispute resolution Ive ever seen.

The store is #24HOURS which is it's beat feature.The staff is generally friendly and upbeat and helpful.nnFor #PRESCRIPTIONS #DRUGS #VITAMINS, CVS may be cheaper than some of their smaller competitors but they are also a large business and therefore LESS PERSONAL as well as MORE CAUTIOUS and SUSPICIOUS of individuals abusing their medications.nnI've since moved to a smaller pharmacy though and while I pay a little more, the pharmacist greets me by name when I enter... they know my doctor and medications and that is worth every extra cent when compared to larger places that for their own legal protection have to question and scrutinize.
