Just bought an adult bike for my granddaughter here and they were awesome. Kelly & John were wonderful with their advice and knowledge of the different bikes. Answered all our questions and made suggestions. I was even able to get the color she wanted. The bike was all together and the owner checked the brakes and adjusted the seat to fit my granddaughter. It was a fun time - thank you Allied Cycle Shop for an awesome experience. I would give them 50 stars if I could A++++++++

Had a super great experience finding a bike here. Not only are they the only shop that actually has bikes in stock, but they have many options and the employees were extremely helpful. I went to about 10 different bike shops and couldn’t find one bike, much less one that I love as much as the one I found at allied. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good quality bike and enjoyable experience.

Wow! Mike from Allied Cycle (bicycle_addiction on eBay) went WAY above and beyond in helping me with a tricky online order return issue which was actually MY fault. He hung in there through countless back and forth emails over a full month, until the issue got resolved. Thank you so much!

Today I came in for one bike and left with two! What can I say about Allied Cycle Shop......they are absolutely amazing! Paul and John were so knowledgeable and very helpful. They took the time to explain and answer every question I had. Kelly was so polite and helpful (who knew she had just started there). I am looking forward to a long future with Allied for all my family’s bicycle needs!

Been going to Allied since 1988 and things have not changed a bit, even in this difficult time of COVID19. Paul, was gracious, charming, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. We left with a bike and are, as always, pleased with the service and the product. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a bike. We even bought our son's 1st bike here when he was in training wheels and then every bike until he was an adult was bought here.
