Came down here for a Covid vaccine on 3/17 and was blown away at how neat & clean this store was. The people behind the counter were very cordial and friendly. Floors were clean and product on the shelves were straightened and faced. Thank you Rite Aid. I was impressed.nud83dude42ud83dude42ud83dude42

I received my two Covid vaccines at the Allen Park, Michigan Store and the Service was excellent, the personnel were so kind, and the Store was Sparkling Clean. Thank you for a very great experience during these trying times. CS

Moved my prescription here because we moved and have liked Rite Aid in the past- However, this is the third time I have tired to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist keeps telling me my insurance shows there is no match for my insurance/ prescription coverage. I had them on the phone when I went in there and the guy behind the counter said sorry I can’t talk to them and I’m not going to call them, we close in an hour and I have a lot to do... I called in to speak with their manager and was put on hold forever! At 10 mins I hung up. Needless to say we had our prescriptions sent across the street to CVS.

I used to go through the Rite Aid pharmacy amin Garden City and they were amazing which is why I transferred to this one when I moved away. This is by far the worst customer service in Pharmacy I've every experienced. Every time I call they are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location if you would like your prescriptions on time or if you expect to be talked to with respect. Customer care when it comes to medical needs is extremely important.
