First time here and the experience was amazing. It seemed like each employee was more knowledgeable than the one before. I was comfortable right when I walked in. I took my brothers bike in for a tune up and my bike in for some help as I’m new to riding. I was given great advice and my brothers bike came out feeing like new and at the exact day and time they said it would be ready. So happy this place exists close to my home, I’ll be coming here and referring all my friends.

This place is great. They definitely care about their customers. We bought bikes from them 15 years ago and have had repairs done. We just bought the kids new bikes from them again. I would highly recommend visiting to make your next bike purchase or repair.

These guys are the best. They make you feel like family. They fixed my cruiser to go on my trainer. It was no easy task but they made it work. I lost my COVID weight! I go there for all my bike repairs.

So I'm new into the cycling world. I went out and bought a used bike just to get around this summer. Role models put new tires on for me gave it a quick tune up and once over for me. Their labor costs are extremely reasonable in my eyes but I haven't been to many shops. I don't think I really need to compare price when I get the service that I do at role models. If I'm paying a couple dollars extra so be it role models has been Johnny on the spot every single time that I have called them. When I do order my new bike it will be through them. They explain to me what's what on the bike, it's been in their shop twice just because it's a used bike it needs some TLC. They've quoted me came at or under that number for cost. They explained what they did. And also gave me tips on what to look for in the future. Great store. And lastly they are not pushing if you don't want to buy something you don't have to buy it if you want to buy something they will certainly sell it to you You're not pressured to do anything. When they speak to you they generally speak out of experience instead a sales associate.
