Joel Sexton was very friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell he has a passion for what he does. He did a great job at helping my husband and I to better understand every aspect of the window installation process as well as thoroughly comparing the various products they have to offer. The price was awesome for the quality we will be receiving. We will definitely be a returning customer, as we have many more projects to work on in the future.

Another update March 16nBrian, Service technician, came to our home and removed all of the mold from our windows as well as recaulked all of our windows and assured us that if we have any other issues to follow up they take their lifetime guarantee very serious. I changed my review from a one to a five. I am very pleased with the quick response in the follow-up as I just received another call from Andrew to ensure that everything was done satisfactory. Thank you, Hanson's for stepping up and fixing the issues and for changing my mind.nnUPDATE: I received a call today from the Vice President of Operations, Andrew, and he was very attentive and very concerned about the issues that we are having and not having any contact back. He has an appointment set up for March 16th for a technician to come out and correct the issues that we are having. I am very excited to see the concern and hear the great need to ensure that customer experiences are good with this company. I will update my post again once the correction is made and the technician comes to our home. At this point I am very thankful for the immediate response once I posted my review as well as an appointment within a week.nnWe bought our entire home full of new windows just over a year ago and we are having issues with mold growing and the caulk cracking and can't get anyone to return a call. Absolutely disappointed.

I had Hanson windows put in my home 7 years ago. I have had a screen get a hole they replaced without question. I had a window fog, sent a picture they replaced it without question. My experience with Hanson has been so good, I had them put all 8 more windows in my Michigan room. The young man that installed my windows, he stayed late and made sure everything was perfect before he would leave. Awesome experience. Would highly recommend Hanson's. Oh and they were the cheapest bid out of 4 bids.
