Awesome service, quality work and easy to work with. Was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication (and delay from originally stated start date) and getting the appropriate start date arranged, but in the end it turned out. Install guys were friendly and hard workers. Love the new slider.
I worked with Eric at Vander Laan Home Improvement several times during the past four years on a range of projects for my house. They replaced most of the windows and installed a new roof, back door, and gutters. They also helped address problems with water damage and wood rot stemming from a replacement window that wasn't properly installed before I bought the house.nnEric was always courteous, responsive, and thorough. And the workers doing the jobs did great work and were always respectful of the property. I'd highly recommend Vander Laan Home Improvement.

Vanderlaan Home Improvement did an amazing job on my roof. Dave was helpful in picking out the shingles and did a very thorough job inspecting the roof ahead of time...He even went into the attic to check it out. When his crew was removing the shingles they found extra layers they weren't expecting but did not try to come to me for more money...They honored their quoted price and even brought in another dumpster to haul everything off. The crew was very prompt (there at 7:30am each day...before sunrise) and worked hard all day. I can't speak to the longevity of the roof and I will say that it snowed the next day so I didn't really get to inspect it yet but I am confident it will look great and perform even better for many years.
