Mayan Roofing LLC was recommended to us for a roof repair job and, since then, they have been the only roofing company we call for repairs to our roof. They are reliable, professional, and honest about the problem and what is involved with the repairs. The cost of repairs is reasonable and we feel their rates are fair and honest. They respond to us quickly so that the repairs are completed before any more damage can occur. We have always been treated with courtesy and fairness. John helped us with scheduling and we appreciate her understanding that it was important to us to complete the repairs quickly. The contractors who worked on our roof have been equally courteous and professional.

We are delighted with the service Mayan Roofing LLC provided starting with John's site visit and detailed proposal. The crew was on time, laid out a perimeter for safety of the public and got right to work. I had the opportunity to review the scope and means of the job with the on-site superintendent and found that he knew in detail what we ordered. The new gutters are terrific. The house looks ten years younger! Site clean-up at the end of the job was impeccable. Thanks to all the crew on site.

The guys who removed the existing shingle roof, fixed plywood issues and installed new shingle roof were awesome! They were constantly busy and did a wonderful cleanup! They were very pleasant and understanding when questions were asked taking the time to fully explain all questions. Very impressed with workers and would use again.

We had used Mayan Roofing LLC in the past with good results on a rental house, so we called them again to look at putting a new roof on our own house. John came out and outlined the project and did a terrific job getting the job done. The job was completed in a day with an awesome crew, and Jeff made sure we understood our homeowners insurance and how to update it for better coverage. Mayan Roofing LLC can't be beat! They are the best.

Compared to other roofers that are quoted on this job, Mayan Roofing LLC was the most professional in presentation, promotional material, and thoroughness. They gave us answers to any questions we raised throughout the process. The roofing crew were polite, respectful, on time and hard working. There were always 8-10 people working - many more than we have seen with other roofing crews. They finished our large house with many gables 1 1/2 days. They finished ahead of schedule. They swept the yard for nails and cleaned our porch. Very satisfying.
