I Called regarded servicing my derailleur on my bike, drove 40 minutes to get it fixed and then they told me they they couldn’t service it, even though they did when I called... the lady in charge was very rude and is a Karen..... good luck getting service here.

Pretty poor service. Couldn’t answer my questions properly. Don’t recommend. Staff seems pretty uneducated. Which is what all the reviews say. Should have listened.

I can’t speak for what kind of pricing or service they offer for bikes rather just the knowledge of one individual that I spoke to.nnI stopped in and what she asked if I needed help, I said that I was struggling with finding a good saddle for my road bike.nnI said my my “sit bones” hurt when I ride. She took me over to their saddles and started pointing out different gel thickness and wide “seats”. I asked if they could measure my sit bones and she said no. I asked if they had different saddles to sit on she said no.nnShe never asked me what kind of bike I had, how much riding I did..... nothing. She clearly knew nothing about cycling. So..... I’m off to a different cycling shop that knows about how to fit a saddle to a rider.

Terrible customer service. Here’s my story. Last week I ordered a bike online that said was IN STOCK at the Ann Arbor location. I paid for it and arranged for it transferred to the Waterford location for pick up. I received the confirmation email and it stated that the bike would be ready for pick up five days later on 6/28.nnFast forward to the pick up day (today) it’s about 2 hours from the time the store closes and no word that my bike is ready. Just to get an idea of what’s going on I give them a call. I give them my name and they tell me that they don’t have the bike. I asked what they meant by that the I was told that the bike is on backorder and they don’t have an ETA for when it will be available. To confirm what I was told I asked again that there was no way to know when the bike would be ready and again I was told no and that the website isn’t reliable. I voiced my frustration and I was handed off to a lady who I would assume was the manager. She explained to me that due to “the current situation” they have no idea when I could expect my bike.nnHere’s my problem. You took my money and sold me a bike that was listed as IN STOCK but then never delivered on the product. When I questioned how that’s acceptable you blamed it on the website and told me that you have no control of the website. It’s your business! If you would have listed the bike and said it’s on back order at least the customer would know what they are getting into. This lady was very rude and had no interest in trying to investigate the matter any further.nnNot allowing this company to hold onto my money indefinitely, I asked how I could get a refund and she told me that she would have to send an email asking to cancel the order and that I could expect my money back sometime next week.nnFrustrated, I went back on the website and saw that the bike was still listed as IN STOCK at the Ann Arbor location so I gave them a call to see if that was true. The gentleman told me that they didn’t, but he seemed friendlier than his Waterford counterparts so I explained to him my situation. He was very helpful and told me that he would put out a message to get me an ETA on the delivery of my bike; something which the Waterford location told me wasn’t possible. I told him that I appreciated the help and that from here on out I wanted the Waterford location cut out of the process and that I would only deal with the Ann Arbor location going forward.
