The pharmacy is the absolute worst for not answering their phone! I was on hold for 41 minutes only to be hung up on, and now I’m currently on hold for another 34 minutes. How hard is it to answer the phone and say please hold or something. This is beyond ridiculous. If they need some assistance with answering the phone, I am available to help, with taking the calls if they’re “So Busy” and no one can get to the phone ud83dude44

Wont allow customers to use restroom. They said because of Corona. Funny the cvs out in the burbs has allowed me to use the restroom

THE PHARMACY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & TERRIBLY SLOW!!! GO TO 350 Warren or 13 Mile and Woodward BETTER SERVICE 24/7.... it’s night and day!

Usually, I have a good experience when coming here to shop and pick up my medicine, but today was different. I needed clarification on why the medicine I sent my relative to pick up for me didn't have a prescription label on it, so I went to this CVS location for answer. The first person who waited on me didn't listen to what I was trying to explain to her, but instead just demanded my name and birthday, and kept demanding what I needed. My relative flagged over the guy who gave him the medicine earlier, and had to clarify to him what I wanted. Even after printing the directions for taking the medicine for me from my doctor, he was dismissive towards me in concluding the matter and waved me off. I hope that those two staff members would learn better customer service skills for when I have to approach them the next time, considering that I had good experiences here before.
