Justin was amazing from our first inspection and we trusted his expertise. While we could have possibly waited another few years to replace our skylights and roof, we proactively chose to replace now before we saw any serious damage. Justin sat us down and did a great job of explaining our different options and what was best for our home. Justin and his crew were wonderful! His team was clean, courteous and thorough with the job. The owner of the company comes out himself (Justin) and thoroughly inspects the roof and based on what you want he provides the best options for your new roof. My roof looks amazing, I am so proud of my home. The crew members were professional and worked hard to give me and my family a quality roof. Justin the owner again comes out after the job is complete and again inspects the roof. He makes sure you as his valued customer is completely satisfied with the job done. He was there to answer any questions I had before they started and made sure to check in with me after the roof was completed. We bought our house 3 years ago, knowing a new roof was probably in our future. A house down the road was having their shingles redone on a roof very similar in size to ours, so I took down the number. We had 4 different companies come out to quote the first summer we owned the house. Justin (Roofing and Beyond) provided a fair quote, but we decided to hold off. Year 2 came along, he followed up via email exactly as we had discussed the year prior, but we decided to hold out as long as we could. Year 3, I noticed a small spot in my ceiling from a leaky roof in August. A simple phone call, minor adjustment to the original quote and he had his guys on the roof a couple weeks later. The guys were early, respectful, did great work and kept a clean job site. Like a lot of people, we've certainly made our mistakes in choosing and working with contractors of any sort. Roofing and Beyond made us feel like we finally did something right. Justin's communication and professionalism stood out from the beginning and his guys delivered on exactly what he said we should expect. I highly reccommend Roofing and Beyond.
