I brought my bike in for a tune up and they did a fantastic job at a very fair price. They replaced the chain, adjusted my rear hub which no longer chirps, checked break pads, checked for play in front hub and crank, lubed up all cables. It was a good maintence checkup since I bought the bike used, it's a great piece of mind knowing I shouldn't have any issues while out and about.
Love this place. Bought a Stumpy from them and it was put together beautifully. Rode Boyne Highlands, South Marquette downhill trails, and all of the Copper harbor downhill trails on it. Back to back weeks. Held up great!
I brought my bike in (purchased from Walmart, I did not have much money when I bought my bike) and I thought the tires kept getting low. I had come into the store thinking that I needed to buy new tires. They assured me that my tires were full and explained in detail how the tires hold air. I am so thankful that they did not sell me tires I don’t need, they were honest. I was very impressed with their product knowledge. My next bike purchase will be through Kinetic Systems.
Absolutely WORLD CLASS!! I got a nail stuck in my tire and I called to see if they were open. They weren't, answered the phone anyway and offered to fix me up right then and there! I hustled downtown and they fixed me up with quickness and kindness! The team at Kinetic always comes up HUGE!!!!
