This was my first visit to the Louis T Ollesheimer & Son Inc business. My first impression was that the store was neat and clean. The staff that assisted us were polite, friendly and helpful and I believe I got fair price for the things we purchased. If we need products or services in the future or if I'm asked where someone can get roofing supplies I will definitely recommend this business to them!
The staff is knowledgeable in the capabilities of the products and helpful in finding solutions using those products. They also carry quality roofing hand tools.
Chuck was the salesman who hasn't responded to me about a return for item he recommended. Contractors don't use other people's items. If you want a repeat customer, then the business should work to accept my return, even if it's store credit.
Very patient with my questions about commercial products to recoat the roof on my vacation trailer. Knowledgeable and willing to educate me about the right product to use. Keep in mind that the quantities and pricing are for commercial projects. Very good experience.
Best roofing supplier in the game! Great customer service, counter guys are very helpful and informative. Delivery service is stellar!
