I can't tell you how incredibly happy I am. Our rep, Chris, did such an awesome job explaining the different windows, their benefits and cost. And the install! Wow! They showed up exactly when the said they would. They did such a wonderful job. They replaced 13 windows. Each man did their job so well and fluidly. I was more impressed and pleased than I expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Hansons and this crew!

The window installment crew were good and finished fast.nI also had my roof replaced by Hanson and the pricing and job went great. Lastly, I had my gutters also done by them and the job was great however the gutter guys did not clean up after the job.

In early November, it became clear that I should replace my patio window to be more comfortable this winter. I had a virtual estimate that went left for me and I wrote about it on google. I want to thank Hanson's for the prompt reply to my concerns. I also feel it only right to update my previous review. I need to tell you that I purchased the patio window I needed to replace from Hanson's. I did so not only because of their prompt response to my concerns but the commitment to address the issue with the involved person, the attention they gave to the matter by their management, and the installation went smoothly. I am happy with my purchase and will consider Hanson's for future home improvements.nThanks,

Had windows installed about 5 years ago. The salesman was great. The windows are great. The 4 star is due to the installation. I have had several small repairs needed since installation. Most repairs were due to the crew that did the work inadequately. Bad/ cheap caulk exterior frame not installed correctly door wall frame issues, gap between window and frame,etc.nHansen's is always prompt on getting the service started. Installers need to be watched on repairs. They don't seem to happy to do repairs.
