Excellent communication! As schedule shifted due to weather, office manager stayed in constant contact with me. Never left wondering. Work done quickly and appears beautiful. We needed a new roof on our garage. The process was very clear and straight forward. They did a great job. There was one gutter detail we didn't love and they were great about making it better.
There is a reason for all the 5 star reviews for Tresnak, they deserve it. I had them replace my roof about a month ago and the work they did was excellent. From the beginning, Chris took the time to answer all my questions and provide a detailed quote. There was no sales pitch or pressure at any time and all of his responses were very prompt. The installers were on time, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up the whole work area before leaving. I'm no expert, but the shingles were all installed straight, no nails were exposed, all the flashing was replaced, and all the seams were cleanly sealed. If you need a roof from a company you can trust, this is it.
