Kemerick Construction just finished my new roof today. It was a tear off and from the beginning the experience was more than I could have hoped for. Keith (the owner) came out promptly to give a quote and was very personable and easy to work with. The price was very fair and he did not sacrifice quality. I am thrilled with the results, and the job was completed on schedule as described by Keith. His crew was great and regularly cleaned the premises as well as at the end of each day. They were professional, friendly, and hardworking. I am excited to have a quality contractor that I can count on and recommend to others. Thanks!
While I have no doubt about his ability, he subcontracted my roof to a bunch of college kids with minimal experience. Roof took 3 weeks to complete. Water damage from poor tarps. My shingles would fall off in calm sunny weather. Quit coming back, now I have to pay others to patch my roof.

I must be the only person who had a horrible experience with Kemerick Construction. I hired the company to install a fence in my backyard, a bit of cement work on my porch and a new roof on my garage. After I paid 1/2 up front for all these services, Keith began to delay the project and eventually he started about 8 weeks late.nnWhile working on the garage, Keith backed his work van into my new car causing $650 in damages which he has still not paid (8 months later). He has emailed me excuses but still no payment.nnAfter completing the garage, I would regularly call Keith to see when he could do the fence and the porch work. This was delayed about another 4 weeks, until I finally told him I've had enough and the porch and fence were never completed.nnThis was seriously the worst contracting experience I have ever dealt with. Please find another source for the work!nOh and they stole my rake.
Hard to get in touch with after project has started. Tried several times to fix my roof and failed. I had to pay someone else to fix it properly. He or subcontractor did not show when scheduled to work without calling in advance to they were not coming if I didnt call to ensure they were coming or not.
