I have had 9 panels for about two years. My electric bill has dropped from $200 or more during winter months to zero. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have Solar Panels. They pay for themselves literally!nnThink about the future! Save the planet! Save money!nnDon’t hesitate, do it now!

It started out fine. They don't seem to want to make the necessary changes and get the final inspection. Inspector showed up but their electrician was a no show. Lack of customer service and communication. I don't even think its working properly. I should have done more research on this company.nn3 Days Later and still waiting on that phone call. I’ve spoken to the loan company about your lack of response. They are also looking into you. They should not have paid you before you received final inspection. Panels are now not even generating power. Where is the owner of this company?nnIt is now 12/9/2020 - They were supposed to come out on 12/10 to fix misc. items and get a final inspection. Once again they canceled. They want to reschedule for 12/16. So once again I get to tell my office that I can't come in because of Powerhome Solar. We just don't even know what to do at this point. Can somebody please fix this and get our final inspection. Is anybody listening?

Panels were installed and the process went great. After the install issues happened beyond PowerHome control, but they did not relay the information to me like they should have. It took longer for the panels to get operational but eventually did. So far they work just fine. I am however very disappointed in the way the communication stops after the install. I have had a couple issues and cant seem to get a response from anyone .

What an absolute scam. I can’t believe this is happening to me... I’ve been scammed out of 40 thousand dollars with panels that don’t work and a company that doesn’t care. I’ve called everyone possible. Do NOT go through this company!!! I continually have to pay on my loan to not ruin my credit, and have had my panels installed for an entire year and they don’t even work. I cannot STRESS enough to not use this awful company. Completely unresponsive and are not willing to fix the issue!!!

This has been bad on many levels. I should have stuck with my gut and cancelled before I got into this mess. Now I am paying a loan for solar system that is not working/turned on paying my full electric bill. So I can not get any answers when I asked about a few things no one seems to want to call me back. The rep that sold me this bill is now gone. They gave my account to someone else who doesn't update me me. I am big mad run from them please. I will update you if they ever do right by me I wish I could tell them to come get it and I start over find a different company that will help me go green. And when I say go green I mean not take my money and run
