Very friendly and down to earth workers

We came in the store to see if we could do a fedex shipping. Whoever the lady is at the photo print section and on the register were rude. Not only was she eating and unbothered about us being at the counter she had her mask halfway up leaving her nose exposed during a PANDEMIC.nSuper disappointed it looked like a nice store. I have been a patron of this Walgreens since 2006 when I moved to Madison Heights at first I had concerns with a lady who was wearing way too much perfume it is a pharmacy where people come in with allergies I am allergic to Cologne, I made a statement to the store manager and it was rectified immediately! recently I've been going in there and most of your store employees are extremely rude you have a lady named Mary who is constantly and forever complaining about other people she has yelled at me to stay six feet away from my own daughter who I live with! Today I went in there and yes, I did not have my driver's license however the young lady JaNisha told me too bad that I couldn't buy my cigarettes- there's a kinder way to speak to your patrons, again: I've been a patron of yours since 2006 I'm not accustomed to being treated poorly when I walk in there and I'm paying my money she didn't have her mask on properly it was hanging down below her nose yes she just came in from outside it is extremely dissatisfying to live in a community or so many people are so kind and giving around here that I walk into the store where I feel comfortable shopping at now mind you I am not a person who can go into Target because of the crowds, I can't go into Kroger because of the crowds I have issues yes so I come there and I pick up groceries that I need I probably spend seven or eight hundred dollars in your store a month and that's not including my granddaughter's prescriptions that I get filled there so to get treated with total disrespect! when I was walking out of your store she was still yelling at me! and for her to stand there and yell at me as I'm walking out? yes I engaged in yelling with her I've known Herb, for pretty much as long as I've been coming there, you have a lot of turnover as far as employees you should be very thankful that you have some that have been dedicated to you because as of now I believe that I will stay away from Walgreens I won't spend my money in that particular store anymore Walgreens May occasionally get my money and another store but that particular store on 11 Mile and John R is null and void in our home from this day forward, when you swear at a customer and you start that initiation and the type of person that matches energies you treat me kind and I got more respect for you than you'll ever have! You treat me bad and I got more ghetto in me than anybody's ever had! It's just the way it goes! So sad that you guys have gone downhill so far-nSincerely,nnI gave you one star because it's the only way that I could give a comment but from this day forward you get less than a star I promise sad, very sad!

Highly displeased with their pharmacy. The short version is that I had dropped off two scripts at the pharmacy and the pharmacist got into an argument with my Dr. because he refused to fill the scripts. The pharmacists' opinion was that I should not be taking what I was prescribed and argued that I should be on something else. I did not go as far as looking into the laws of a pharmacist's say in filling scripts, but that is something that my Dr. prescribed me and has been working for me. It is none of the pharmacist's business (as my Dr. told them) what I am prescribed, just fill the script. Extremely inconvenient.

A pharmacy that’s closed for 2 hours every day for “meal break” - nice.
