I know and trust the products they carry from various manufacturers. What makes it for me, is that I know the staff use and can speak to the products they're recommending to me. Not only that, I've found myself having various conversations with other customers and staff members on a range of topics. Overall, just a great place to talk with people. I feel like I've met and talked to people I wouldn't mind going on rides with, or just having a beer with. Go for the bikes, stay for the staff and the atmosphere.nnAlso, shout-out to Paula who has helped me and my girlfriend on our last couple of trips in!

I decided it was time to set the pain cave up for the winter, but had trouble getting my trainer tire all the way on my wheel.nnI just moved to the area and have been wanting to check out the Trek store anyway since that's all I'll ride. I took my wheel up to the shop. Tim and Corey were super friendly, they got me hooked up pretty fast, I even stayed a minute to chat about bikes and group riding. I'll definitely be going back. Looking forward to road riding in the spring!nn*update* had some serious service done on my road bike, the turnaround time was very quick and the team was friendly as usual. I also recently sent a friend here to order a Trek FX 2 in teal and she had a great experience as well.

Quality products; friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staffnnI went to another local bike shop before heading to American Cycle & Fitness and the guy at the other shop practically laughed me out of the store saying they didn’t have any inventory, everything was on back order. I asked about ordering a bike he said I wouldn’t be able to get anything until next year. I left and went to American C&F and they discussed bike options with me, looked up availability, and I was actually to order and received my bike 2 days later. Great experience.

Had a fantastic experience with this store. I am a first time customer. Want to give a shout out to Chris who made my experience excellent from beginning to end. I did not feel any sales pressure to buy anything and you can tell that all of the people who work here care and are real knowledgeable about bikes. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Also, shout out to Rick who help procure the exact bike I wanted! Thank you guys!

I called several LBS, even a closer to me American Cycle location, this Royal Oak store was the only one to have stock and I was able to get the exact E-Bike my wife was looking for. Rick and Dan were really great to work with. And it matches our Tesla.
