Had Seagate come out for an inspection of my crawl space after noticing cracks in my walls and ceiling. The guy who came was extremely rude!! He had assumed what was wrong with my home within less than 5 minutes of walking into my home. He brushed off all of the concerns I told him. He focused on what a competitor previously told me during their inspection and he spent most of his time talking negatively about that company. After inspecting the crawl, he was rude when I would ask questions and would give answers that I did not understand. I had to ask him multiple times to stop talking about the other company. I was appalled with his level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. I WILL NOT be using Seagate for my repairs based on this representation of their company!!
