Very clean rooms, very clean lobby, very courteous desk service… An overall very nice hotel! It's convenient to be able to go into a covered parking garage in the back and just walk through the back doors. Its location is very convenient. Luggage carts weren't readily available… but it wasn't really that big of a deal. Well done Embassy Suites… well done.
Appreciated how Will, the guy at the front desk, accommodated requests for rooms together on the same floor. We had a large family gathering with people coming together from out of state. It was really convenient to have rooms all reserved together next to each other. Our kids enjoyed the freedom to quickly move between family rooms as well.
Like how the hotel rooms have bedroom split from the front room. Really nice for separating kids that need to sleep from people coming by to visit or discuss business.
The breakfast is awesome as well. Really nice to come down to a breakfast first thing in the morning before starting the day. Custom omelets, cereal, juice, yogurt... just about anything you need for a good breakfast was available.
Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. There is an onsite gym and laundry if needed. close to several restaurants. Would recommend the Pie Pizza if you're in the area and have a pizza craving that needs curbing.
Everything was great, the staff were wonderful, helpful, polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. We like a fan option to drown out noise and the air was very quiet, which might be a plus for some although we could hear the freeway a bit on the East side. The pool/hot tub, fitness center were too crowded to enjoy. Breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order omelets. Sleeper sofa was not cozy and needed more blankets. Shower and cleanliness were great. All said 4.5 stars, we'd stay here again.
Beautiful room. Modern. Spotlessly clean. HOT breakfast. This hotel has gone to great lengths to provide a hot, delicious, filling breakfast in a safe way. While most hotels are just giving a granola bar and water this one is making made to order omelets, sausage, bacon, pancakes, French toast, juices and milk.
We (2 ppl) really enjoyed staying here. It was brief but the fact they had a row of electric car chargers available to use made our stay so convenient that I'm giving this place 5 stars. Also, the staff was super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed or asked about. They also all wore masks which I appreciated. The room was really nice and clean with a great AC unit and a really comfy bed. In the morning they had a hot breakfast bar which was really well maintained and cleaned. We really enjoyed and appreciated that. Based on my/our experience, I'd recommend this particular hotel to anyone I know including friends, family and even... my in-laws.
