We called and asked for a quote for a new roof. After the guy came out for an estimate, we were told we would have a quote the next day. After several days, I sent an email to the company asking for the estimate, which I got (after requesting it again.) I called and emailed on the 14th of August saying we would like to go forward with Watson to replace our roof. I was told that the guy that handled start dates, James, was not in and he would call me to set start date. As today is the 27th of August, and still no call or response of any kind, this is horrible customer service. Would not recommend.nnAfter posting my review, the company did reach out. James was great working with us and getting back to us on a daily basis. I am only changing to 3 stars, because it did take posting a review before James got back to us.

We have done business with Julius Yoder at Watson Metals several times over the past few years and we have been consistently pleased and impressed. We would highly recommend Julius and his crew to anyone that needs metal roofing, pole barns or a carport. You won't beat the service and the prices are the best we've seen in our area.

Mr. Julius came out to give us an estimate and suggested sizes and ideas for us. We ordered a 3-carport and a motorhome enclosed cover.nThe product we received was very high quality materials, metal, and labor than what we expected for a carport. High grade frame and a finished project with professional installers who worked non-stop and got each up in a day.nMr. Julius contacted us several times thorough out the process to keep us updated on install date and even during the install to see how the job was coming along.nWe highly recommend this company and will build our next building using them. They do big building as well as smaller jobs. We felt like our project was the most important one to them even though they weren’t big jobs.
