While on a ride on our first day of a 7 day vacation, I broke my derailleur when a stick got lodged in it. I contacted Jackie and not only did he have the part, but he fixed it that same day and saved at least the mountain biking portion of our vacation. Thank you Jackie for your excellent service! Highly highly recommend!

Jackie replaced the rear suspension, chain and back tire (which he correctly diagnosed was slightly big and was rubbing on the chain in first gear) on my 26 Santa Cruz Heckler. Helpful, professional and a good communicator. Will certainly go back again.
