DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! If I could give Mike and WeatherGuard zero stars I would. The warranty is worthless. You'll never get a return call from Mike. He's had multiple issues with Division of Occupational Licensing. DOPL lists his license as active but on probation. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Mike subcontracts the majority of the work and it's almost impossible to get in touch with him even while the job is happening. Multiple emails, calls, and a certified letter have all gone unanswered. The work is shoddy, there are multiple problems and Mike is impossible to reach.
Hiring WeatherGuard Roofing to replace our roof was a good decision. They used top quality material and their customer service was excellent. Whenever I had a question or concern, Mike always made himself available to provide answers. I highly recommend WeatherGuard Roofing.

They did a great job with our roof. Very friendly and worked with us on getting it done in the needed time frame. Great experience overall.
Steer clear! My husband and I saw the owner only twice: the 1st being when he bid and the 2nd when he came to get a check. There was virtually zero over sight of work. In talking to the workers they said that they didn't even work for them so who knows where they were found. They made a huge mess, did not clean it up and took forever! Don't be fooled. Roofing material is all the same, no matter who you hire to do your roof in Salt Lake City. I suggest you hire a contractor who is actually involved in the roofing process. We ended up having to hire a second contractor to fix their bad work, this costed us lots of unnecessary stress and money. Wish that someone would have posted something similar to this... Buyer be warned.
