I’m a property manager in Park City and Pioneer has done several roofs for our clients, ranging from individual houses to an 18 unit luxury condo association. I’ve dealt with many roofers but Pioneer is the best by far. They have the equipment to do large jobs very quickly and professionally. John does all the leg work with the building department and stays in very close communication. His pricing is significantly lower than other bids. They do an excellent job, on time, at a great price. What more can you ask? We will be using him many times in the future.
I cannot tell you how happy I am that I went with this company for my roof. His bid came in $500.00 less than one bid and $4000.00 less then another one. All his employees are extremely professional. They said they were going to be there at 7:00 and 7:00 sharp the whole crew arrived. They had the old roof off and a new one installed at no time. They let me pick the color of shingles and the shingles have a 30 year guarantee on them. Then for cleanup they did such a good job, you can't even tell that any work was even done outside. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Pioneer Roofing doesn't deserve 5 stars, they deserve 10 stars for the great work they did. They brought a 100 foot crane that extended over our garages and got everything on and off the roof of the building. All the guys with Pioneer Roofing were really hard working and very nice. John, the owner, is a great guy to work with. I think he is a very good person with great integrity and work ethic. I have attached photos here for you to see our roof. We are located by the University of Utah. They had to get rid of the old roof, which it seemed had 3 layers in areas and get it all clean and install a TPO roof. I really appreciated them and I just want to add they are the only company ever to sweep and clean up after themselves. No one does that. They had guys sweeping down our back stairs. No one does that, everyone leaves the clean up for me to do when there's a mess left from a job site. That's a big deal to me, that shows to me extra care, attention to detail, care for the customer., it goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing. Pioneer was responsive, fair, knowledgeable, and generally just super easy to work with. After the earthquake and the hurricane, I wanted my swamp cooler removed (my neighborhood got wrecked by the hurricane). Getting quotes was quite an adventure: some companies were scheduling weeks out just for a quote and others came out and tried to convince me I needed a ton of other work done (my roof is ~5 years old). John from Pioneer responded immediately, provided a competitive quote, and Mason came out within the week to do the job. Mason was very knowledgable (confirmed my roof looked great and answered all my random questions) and communicated very well throughout the entire process, and he even knocked off some of the cost because he said the job wasn't as complicating as he expected (my swamp cooler was sitting on the ridgeline). Who does that? That's integrity. It also is a huge blessing in today's economic climate. I definitely recommend them and they will be the first people I call with any roofing work moving forward.
Great experience using pioneer roofing! We used them to get a new roof on our old house and you can't beat their combination of quality and value. So now that we needed a new roof on our new house we used them again and couldn't be happier with the way it looks and the price!
