This is our first experience to stay here. When we were about an hour away and the rooms were to be available at 4:00 pm, we asked if it was possible for us to get into our room earlier. We were immediately welcomed and told no problem, much to our relief since we arrived at 1:30. That characterizes the staff and this place.nWe are in a motel room which is is cozy-looking, comfortable with a king-sized bed. We also have a private patio from which we can view the Belfast Bay easily especially since we are on the upper part of a hill sloping to the beach. A beautiful view. There's a campfire area down by the beach, horseshoes, shuffle board and other such by the beach area as well.nAlthough we are in the motel, there quite a number of different-size cabins down the hill, facing the bay, each with varying designs which add to the attractiveness of staying here.nA short, easy drive from here is downtown Belfast with shops and restaurants, especially seafood and others. Also a Harbor Walk allows pedestrians to walk along the Bay and cross the Passagassawakeag River. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back here again.

Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful views from each cottage. Crazy clean and we'll maintained. The owners care about the property and it shows. They are dog friendly and we'll set up for it. Plenty of space between the cottages to walk the dog without being in the way of others. Would highly recommend this place and will be back. It's not a 5 star hotel but way better if your looking for a clean privet space to enjoy great ocean views without breaking the bank.

Nice deck overlooking ocean and oceanfront beach area. Clean room. Updated interior but feels like older motel. Cute array of cottages overlooking the ocean. Fireplace for evening campfire nice. Grills and picnic tables. Good place for children.

This place is great. The front desk was extremely helpful, and the cottage we rented was updated and clean. In addition the view of the ocean was incredible. I would highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.
